We’re quickly approaching the end of the year… Can you believe it? In fact, tomorrow is Thanksgiving. If you are preparing the turkey for your family, I sure hope that you took the bird out of the freezer at last Monday or Tuesday or you’ll have a frozen bird. And if you’re using fresh, well then you’re doing great. I noticed on the food shows that they’ve been giving tips on how to prepare a Thanksgiving meal all month long. In case you’re wondering, we’re brining our bird today. I know that you were all worried about what we were doing, because remember, someday I’m going to write a cookbook oh and we’re going to give it a bacon blanket in case you were so curious. But enough about Thanksgiving and especially my Thanksgiving. Today you are here to meet our next diver. I was able to interview Mike at the underwater Pumpkin Carving where he created this ridiculously awesome video. And since I don’t have a picture to include for him, we’ll include his video. So take it away Mike!
