As I was going through my interviews to choose who to feature today I realized I have a lot of open ended interviews. What do I mean by open ended? Well I either have the interview and no picture or I have pictures selected but no interview yet. Oh boy! My goal at the beginning of the year was to feature 52 divers with Extreme Sports Scuba and I hope to achieve that goal. As of today’s interview we’ve interviewed/featured 30 people. I’m well on my way but I’m going to need some extra help from our divers, please!! Today’s diver is Anibal Alameda. I actually interviewed him back in February but held off on the post hoping that we could come up with a picture of him diving. Sadly we haven’t been able to but we found a GREAT picture of him from the Cozumel trip in February so we’re going to go with that. So my first plea is help me get interviews!! and my second plea is if I’ve interviewed you and not featured you… it might be because I don’t have any pictures yet… so if you’re the latter, please help me get pictures!!! Now on to Today’s interviewee, Anibal Alameda.
How did you get started diving?
Yonnie & JJ suggested it so I tried it.
How long have you been diving?
Certified in August 2008
How many dives do you make in a typical year?
I’ve only made 73 in the whole time. (This number has gone up since the interview as he went on the Cozumel trip in February )
What other hobbies do you have?
I work 12-16 hours a day 5-6 days per week so who has time?
Where is your favorite place to dive?
Oh geez, I don’t know, um… I guess Cozumel.
What is your most comical dive experience?
A former employee was helping me pick out a hooded vest and I got stuck in it. She just laughed and laughed and laughed and almost peed her pants.
